    The staff was incredible! Each and every individual greeted us with a smile, helped us when needed and took the time to explain things. We felt like royalty. The last time we experienced such impeccable service was at Atlantis in the Bahamas. The pool / spa area was quite pleasant. I have yet to visit the Fairmont in the winter as the outdoor Jacuzzis are open are year 'round. I especially enjoyed the steam bath in the changing room. The direct access to the city from the back of the hotel was a big plus! As were the free shuttles to the casino. We also appreciated the $10 casino cards we were provided with by the hotel. All in all, very nice hotel and we look forward to staying there again!

    A little games room would be nice but not really necessary.

    Cheap room, extremely comfy beds, heated pool. An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making machines - very useful.

    Some people working there were not very welcoming.

    The one redeeming feature was the outdoor hottub.

    Not good value for the money. Parking is $23/day, and the free parking is a 5 minute walk. Room was clean, but nothing special and fairly small. Some of the hotels in the village looked better (I.E. balconies, underground parking).

    Services they have are excellent. I appreciate the heated pools they had and that they had floaters for the kids! (I forgot mine) they called me to tell me my room was available for early check in as I had requested it!

    Parking is a fortune! 25 plus taxes is 30 meanwhile there's a lot across the street for 9$ which they didn't advise me of. They only told me about the free parking at the bottom of the hill

    The breakfast team provided really good and attentive service every morning.

    The hotel needs significant updates. Many fixtures and amenities were broken and shabby.

    Bed and clean room, valet service was excellent. ,

    We couldn't enjoy the pool because it was filthy ,hay and bugs in the pool. We had to go swim at The Homewood which was not very accommodating. I did complain to the staff a couple of time, after which they use the net to clean but it was a poor job.Also a small breakfast included in the high price would be justGREAT.

    great access to nature and dining in the heart of it all

    We were thrilled by how close we were to both the beautiful Parc Plage and excellent dining at Choux Gras. While the hotel was fine and the service was great, the view from our room could have been better.

    Well-equipped and brand-new room with fully equipped bathroom and central heating, a private safe and pay television. Excellent pool, ideal and convenient location hard to find decent places to eat around the area. Easy check-in, parking on-site.
