great access to nature and dining in the heart of it all

During our stay, we were thrilled by how close we were to both the beautiful Parc Plage and excellent dining at Choux Gras, making our city strolls very enjoyable and convenient. while the hotel was stunning and the service was top-notch, the view from our room could have been better.

Just a good pick for a weekend break with fantastic value. The pools had breathtaking views of the village and mountain. The poolside drink service could be better, so keep that in mind.

The staff are very friendly!

Our experience was overshadowed by numerous disappointments. The outdoor pool and terrace were closed for refurbishment, which we were not informed about beforehand. Additionally, the breakfast options were severely lacking, especially given the needs of Ironman competitors. It felt like the hotel didn't prioritize the well-being of its guests during a major event.

I loved the ski-in/ski-out access. it made hitting the slopes super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The heated outdoor pools were a nice treat after long days of skiing. Breakfast was exceptional. the team there was attentive and made our mornings enjoyable. However, some areas need work. The hotel could seriously use updates. a lot of fixtures looked shabby and broken. The gym was a bit cramped, especially with a busy conference. Nothing major but noticeable. Overall, a cozy and inviting atmosphere, but management should focus on maintenance and upgrades to facilities.

The ski-in, ski-out access makes life easy for anyone hitting the slopes. The outdoor pools are a fantastic way to unwind after a long day on the mountain and are always kept in good condition.

The elevators were undergoing renovation during my stay, which made moving around a bit of a hassle. I found my room's view completely obstructed by a huge tree, making it feel more like a box than a room with a view. Additionally, the valet parking fee felt too high for the services provided, and while the rooms are generally decent, they seem to be in need of an upgrade to stay competitive.

this was my second stay in mont-tremblant, and the experience at fairmont was better than before. the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. the ski-in/ski-out access was a major bonus, allowing us to hit the slopes effortlessly.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tremblant, and staff delivered great service. However, the room left much to be desired, with signs of wear and tear, and additional fees for Wi-Fi were frustrating. The pool area was fun for the kids, making it a mixed experience overall.
